Ron A. Campana, Jr. has been specializing in Sales & Leasing of commercial properties since 2003.
Ron is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. At VCU, Ron was on the Dean’s List, as well as, an active member of the National Criminal Justice Honor Society. Ron is distinguished by his dedication and active involvement in the Community; he found the largest based blood drive on the East Coast.
Ron is also an Eagle Scout with Williamsburg’s Troop 103. He is a board member on the Board of Zoning Appeals for James City County, is actively involved with the Williamsburg Area Chamber of Commerce, Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE), Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Economic Progress Committee. Ron is the Co-Founder of the Young Emerging Professionals of Williamsburg and was the recipient of the Membership Star of the Year from the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance.
Since the inception of Campana Waltz Commercial Real Estate. LLC., in August of 2006, Ron has been instrumental in the sale and lease of numerous properties in the Hampton Roads area. Ron is also an avid actor and was raised in Williamsburg where he still resides.
Travis M. Waltz earned his real estate license at the age of eighteen, and is also pursuing a degree in Business Management and Administration. Travis specializes in the sales and leasing of Office and Industrial Properties. Within the community Travis has been actively involved with Meals on Wheels, Knights of Columbus, and the Boy's and Girl's Clubs of America. Travis was raised in Newport News, and currently resides in York County.
